Industrial Pure Water System
The 1000 m³/day Industrial Pure Water System is a large-capacity RO-based water purification solution designed for continuous industrial water supply.
The 200 m³/day Industrial Wastewater ZLD System is a modular closed-loop wastewater treatment solution designed for industrial wastewater reduction, water reuse, and zero liquid discharge applications. It combines pretreatment, physicochemical treatment, membrane concentration, DTRO concentration, low-temperature evaporation, and crystallization in one integrated process route.
This system is suitable for factories handling complex wastewater containing suspended solids, oil, colloids, salts, heavy metals, organic pollutants, or high-concentration brine. Treated reclaimed water can be reused in production, cleaning, equipment make-up water, or other confirmed factory reuse points, while concentrated salts are crystallized into solid residues for compliant disposal.
Designed for industrial buyers, engineering contractors, industrial parks, and factory environmental upgrade projects, this industrial wastewater ZLD system supports 24-hour continuous operation with PLC automatic control, online water quality monitoring, automatic dosing, membrane cleaning, evaporation, crystallization, discharge control, alarm, and overload protection functions.

This zero liquid discharge wastewater treatment system uses a closed-loop process designed for industrial wastewater reuse and final brine minimization. Wastewater first enters the pretreatment stage, where equalization, coagulation sedimentation, and multi-media filtration help remove suspended solids, oil, colloids, and large-molecule impurities while balancing water quality and flow.
After pretreatment, the wastewater passes through ultrafiltration and anti-fouling reverse osmosis membrane units. This stage separates reusable reclaimed water from high-salinity concentrate and removes salts, heavy metals, organic pollutants, bacteria, and microorganisms according to the configured process.
The high-salinity concentrate then enters the DTRO concentration system for further volume reduction. Finally, the concentrated wastewater is treated by a low-temperature evaporation crystallization system. Condensed water can be returned for reuse, while crystallized salt residue is separated for compliant off-site disposal.
The system integrates pretreatment tanks, dosing devices, UF units, anti-fouling RO units, DTRO concentration equipment, low-temperature evaporator, crystallization unit, PLC control cabinet, and online water quality monitoring instruments.
It can be supplied as an integrated medium-sized unit or a split-type large production system. The modular structure supports project-based configuration, easier maintenance, and flexible installation for factories with different wastewater sources and site conditions.
Technical Q&A & Application Guidelines
The 200 m³/day Industrial Wastewater ZLD System uses pretreatment, physicochemical treatment, ultrafiltration, anti-fouling RO, DTRO concentration, low-temperature evaporation, and crystallization. This process is designed to recover reusable water and convert concentrated brine into solid salt residue for compliant disposal.
It can be configured for electroplating wastewater, high-salinity wastewater, lithium battery and photovoltaic wastewater, chemical and pharmaceutical wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, mining and metallurgy wastewater, boiler blowdown water, and industrial park mixed wastewater. Final design depends on wastewater test data.
The DTRO concentration system further concentrates high-salinity wastewater after UF and RO treatment. It helps reduce the volume of concentrate entering the evaporator, improving the efficiency of the final evaporation and crystallization stage.
Yes. The provided water reuse rate is ≥95%, and treated reclaimed water can be reused for production, cleaning, equipment make-up water, or other suitable factory applications after the target water quality is confirmed.
Buyers should provide wastewater volume, COD, TDS, salinity, hardness, oil content, heavy metal concentration, suspended solids, pH, target reuse standard, site layout, operation schedule, and salt residue disposal requirements.
