The RUPT ultra pure water purification system uses municipal tap water as the feed water source. The process combines PF, KDF, activated carbon, RO, DI, UV, UF, and final polishing technologies according to the selected model configuration.
Pretreatment helps remove particles, residual chlorine, odor, and common impurities before RO purification. The RO membrane then removes ions, organics, particles, microorganisms, and bacteria. The DI and final polishing stages further improve water purity to produce UP ultrapure water for laboratory use.
Different RUPT configurations are available, including basic type, pyrogen-removal type, low-organic type, and comprehensive type. Buyers can select the suitable model based on target water quality, application sensitivity, TOC requirements, and whether UF or UV treatment is required.
The system uses a microcomputer control platform with a large LCD display. It can show ultrapure water quality, water temperature, dispensing status, date, TOC information, system status, flushing status, and alarm information.
Two online water quality monitoring channels are provided for RO water and ultrapure water, with an optional three-channel monitoring configuration. The system also supports timed dispensing, consumable life management, historical alarm records, water dispensing records, automatic memory after power-off, and password-protected settings.
Technical Q&A & Application Guidelines
The RUPT Ultra-Pure Water System is used to produce RO water and UP ultrapure water from municipal tap water for laboratory applications. It is suitable for universities, research institutes, medical laboratories, industrial laboratories, and quality control departments.
The provided feed water requirement is municipal tap water with TDS <200 ppm, temperature 5–45℃, and pressure 1.0–4.0 Kgf/cm². If feed water TDS is higher than 200 ppm, an external softener is recommended.
The UP ultrapure water resistivity can reach 18.2 MΩ·cm @25℃. Other indicators such as TOC, bacteria, endotoxin, RNases, DNases, and particles depend on the selected RUPT configuration.
RUPT is the basic type. RUPT-I is designed for pyrogen removal, RUPT-II is designed for low-organic applications, and RUPT-III is a comprehensive configuration. The process may include different combinations of RO, UV, DI, UF, and final polishing.
Yes. The system has two touch-button outlets: one for RO reverse osmosis water and one for UP ultrapure water. This allows one unit to support two laboratory water quality needs.
