The RUPL-100 Ultra-Pure Water System is a 100L/H laboratory ultra pure water purification system designed to produce purified water and UP ultrapure water from municipal tap water. It integrates pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, optional UV oxidation, optional ultrafiltration, final polishing, online water quality monitoring, and automatic control in one floor-standing laboratory unit.
This system is suitable for universities, research institutes, medical laboratories, industrial laboratories, and QC departments that need a higher water production capacity than small benchtop lab water units. The RUPL-100 ultra pure water purification system uses municipal tap water as the feed water source. Its standard process includes PP filtration, carbon filtration, RO reverse osmosis, purification cartridge treatment, and final polishing. Depending on the selected configuration, UV oxidation, ultrafiltration, and terminal filtration can also be included.
The system removes common impurities such as ions, pyrogens, organic matter, particles, microorganisms, and bacteria to produce purified water and UP ultrapure water for laboratory use. For feed water with higher TDS, an external softener is recommended before the system.
The RUPL series is designed with automatic operation and real-time system status display. It supports automatic backwashing at startup, low-pressure alarm and shutdown protection, full-tank automatic shutdown, and automatic RO membrane anti-scaling flushing.
The system monitors two water quality points online, including RO purified water and UP ultrapure water. It also displays operating status such as power, water shortage, full tank, purified water dispensing, ultrapure water dispensing, and flushing.

The UP ultrapure water resistivity can reach 18.25 MΩ·cm @25℃. Other parameters, including TOC, endotoxin, RNases, DNases, and ultrafiltration performance, depend on the selected RUPL configuration.
